I buy horse food at Tractor Supply. They are usually well supplied. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great local store. Love the new chickens and all the supplies we need. Plants look great and very healthy. Great time to get started on the garden.

Showed up at 630 pm store closes at 7 pm asked to have 2 20lb propane tanks refilled and they told me they had shut down propane refilling for the evening that they would be open again at 8 am. Citing that temps were to low but they could serve me at 8am. The temp currently is 26 degrees the expected temp tomorrow at 8 am is 14 degrees. So if it’s to cold now it will surely be to cold then. So i don’t understand why other than the employees on duty not wanting to do a refill that I was turned away. Telling me it’s to cold but they could do it at 8am tomorrow certainly doesn’t make any sense considering that it will be 10-12 degrees colder at 8 am. If you are going to cite a reason to a customer for being unable to serve them at least make it a reason that makes sense or that at the least doesn’t make me think that the store employee believes his customers are to stupid to know that nearly always the lowest temps of a day are recorded in the early morning hours and barring major storm front or cold pressure system that it’s almost always colder right after the sunrises than it is right after it sets the evening before.

I purchased a retriever two door 42 inch dog crate on Wednesday On Sunday, my dog was able to push one of the wire pieces forward Later, she was able to push the locked door panel off the mechanism (There's like brackets that hold it in place) When I bought the dog crate on Wednesday, the person was very friendly no complaints but when I called four days later, I was told that I could not return it even though they have a 30 day policy because my dog damaged it My dog was able to damage it because of the poor quality Very dissatisfied (I am posting a picture of the piece that she was able to push forward and I bent it up so she wasn't able to hurt herself But I was no longer able to use this crate)

We drove all the way to this tractor supply from Bedford because the Bedford Tractor Supply didn't have what we needed and this one did! We love our Bedford Tractor Supply, but sometimes they sell out of things we need very fast so we have to take the drive and go to the store. Everyone is very nice and helpful here just like they are at ours.
